Laying Procedures
Step 1
மொட்டை மாடியில் பழைய டைல்கள் இருந்தால், அவற்றை முறையாக உடைத்து எடுத்து, முழு மேற்பரப்பையும் சுத்தமாக சுத்தம் செய்வோம்.
If your terrace has old or damaged tiles, we carefully remove them and thoroughly clean the entire surface.

This is an important first step because old tiles can trap moisture and cause seepage. We ensure a clean, prepared surface before proceeding further.
Step 2
வாட்டர் ப்ரூஃப் கோட்டிங் செய்து, தண்ணீர் ஊற்றி சோதனை செய்வோம்.
We apply a waterproof coating and conduct a water test to ensure full sealing.

This testing process helps identify weak points and ensures that your terrace is fully sealed from water ingress.
Step 3
செங்கல் ஜல்லிக்கு பதிலாக, உயர்தர பேபி சிப்ஸ் (Grano flooring) போட்டு, சரியான வாட்டர் லெவல் கொடுப்போம்.
Instead of traditional brick jelly, we use high-quality baby chips (Grano flooring) and provide an accurate water slope.

This prevents water stagnation and ensures smooth drainage. Grano flooring also offers longer durability and a more polished finish.
Step 4
கூலிங் டைல்களை 8mm இடைவெளியுடன் சரியான அளவுகளில் Break joint முறையில் பின் வரும் காலங்களில் சேதமடையாதவாறு பதிக்கப்படும்.
We lay cooling tiles with an 8mm gap for expansion by Break joint method.
இந்த முறையால் வெப்பத்தால் டைல் பழுதடையாமல் பாதுகாக்கப்படுகிறது. கூலிங் டைல்கள் உங்கள் வீட்டின் உள் வெப்பநிலையை குறைக்கும்.
This method prevents tile cracking due to heat expansion. Cooling tiles also reduce indoor heat and make your home more comfortable.
Step 5
டைல்களுக்கு இடையிலான இடைவெளிகளை Grout கலவையால் நிரப்பப்படும். ஒரு மணி நேரத்திற்கு பிறகு, மேலதிகமாக உள்ள Grout – ஐ ஈரமான துணியால் துடைத்து அகற்றப்படும். பின்னர், முழு மாடி பகுதியையும் சுத்தமாகவும் அழகாகவும் ஈரமான துணியால் துடைத்து. அடுத்த இரண்டு நாட்களுக்கு தண்ணீர் ஊற்ற வேண்டும்.
The gaps between the tiles will be filled with grout mix. After one hour, the excess grout will be wiped off with a damp cloth. Then, the entire terrace area will be cleaned neatly with a damp cloth. Water should be poured for the next two days.
Grout கலவை இடைவெளிகளை நன்கு நிரப்பி நீர் புகாமல் தடுக்கும். ஒரு மணி நேரத்துக்கு பிறகு துடைப்பதால் சுத்தமான தோற்றம் கிடைக்கும். இரண்டு நாட்கள் தண்ணீர் ஊற்றுவதால் நன்கு உறைந்து நீடித்த பயன் கிடைக்கும்.
Grouting fills tile gaps firmly and prevents water seepage. Cleaning after an hour gives a neat finish. Pouring water for two days helps proper curing, ensuring durability and a strong bond.
