STEP: 1
மொட்டை மாடியின் மேல் பழைய டைல்ஸ் போட்டிருந்தால் அதை வீட்டின் தளத்திற்கு எந்த சேதமும் ஏற்படாமல் உடைத்து எடுத்துவிட்டு மொட்டைமாடியை சிறு தூசு துரும்புமின்றி சுத்தம் செய்வோம். (If there is an old tile on the terrace, we will break it without damaging the mother roof and clean the terrace.)
STEP: 2
நன்றாக மொட்டைமாடியை சுத்தம் செய்த பிறகு வாட்டர் புரூஃப் கோட்டிங் செய்ய தொடங்குவோம். இதற்கு வாட்டர் புரூஃப் லிக்யூட் மற்றும் கிரே சிமெண்ட்டை 1:1 விகிதத்தில் என இரண்டையும் Paint பதத்திற்கு கலந்து அதை மொட்டைமாடியில் இரண்டு கோட்டிங் அடிப்போம். பிறகு மழை நீர் வெளியேற்றும் குழாய்களை நன்றாக அடைத்துவிட்டு 3 முதல் 4 இன்ச் வரை மட்டும் மொட்டைமாடியில் குறைந்தது 2 முதல் 3 நாள் வரை தண்ணீரை தேக்கி நீர்க்கசிவு இல்லை என்பதை உறுதி செய்த பின்னரே கூலிங் டைல்ஸ் பதிக்கும் வேலையை தொடங்குவோம். (After cleaning the terrace we start to apply water proof coating to ensure the water leakage at present or future)
STEP: 3
மழை நீர் வாட்டத்திற்கு ஸ்லோப்பிங் மார்க் செய்து கிரானோ தளம் (Grano Flooring) அமைக்க வேண்டும். இதற்கு சிமெண்ட், மணல் (அ) M-Sand, பேபி சிப்ஸ் கொண்டு மழை நீர் வாட்டத்திற்கு சிப்ஸ் கான்கிரிட் (Grano Flooring) அமைப்போம். பரப்பளவிற்கு தகுந்தாற் போல எண்ணிக்கையில் ஒன்றிற்கு மேற்பட்ட மழைநீர் வடிகால் குழாய் (Rain Water Drain Pipe) அமைத்து வாட்டம் அமைப்பதினால் கட்டுமான பொருட்களின் அளவு குறையும், அதன் மூலம் மேல்தளத்தின் அதிக சுமை குறைவதோடு பணத்தை மிச்சப்படுத்தலாம். (By grano flooring method we use chips, cement and msand for rain water sloping)
STEP: 4
Natural Mineral கூலிங் டைல்ஸ் ஐ 8 mm இடைவெளி விட்டும், Ceramic கூலிங் டைல்ஸ் ஐ 5 mm இடைவெளி விட்டும் break joint முறையில் பதித்த பின்னர் join pointing செய்வோம், இதன் மூலம் எதிர்காலத்தில் டைல்ஸ் எடுத்து கொண்டு வருவது போன்ற பிரச்சனைகள் வராது.(Laying a cooling tile by giving minimum 5 mm space to avoid future tiles damages )
